We will take a happy walk in nature to a divine place were we can relax with some gentle stretching and meditate for global love & peace, sing sacred mantras to the enchanting sound of the hang drum.

**Bring hiking/walking shoes, water, suncover, blanket to somthing to sit on if you don't want to sit on the earth.
