A beautiful way to end our first day at Wanderlust: Spend some time with yourself, the forest, and your breath. This will be a leisurely stroll in nature, suitable for those new to hiking, and a short introduction to some mindfulness meditation. Please bring comfortable shoes, water, and pants you don’t mind a little earth on!
