Create a meditative state as you move through this continuously moving vinyasa practice designed to get you out of your head and back to your heart. This class will be a well rounded physical yoga practice that is designed to help you quiet the inner chatter and reconnect to the whispers of your heart. When we live more from the guidance of our heart, we bust out of limiting ideas of who we "should" be and learn to embrace who we really are. While the voice in our head can be judgmental and lead us astray, the whispers of the heart are always kind and always guide us down the path that serves our highest self.
