Combining traditional yoga poses, body weight exercises and gymnastics strength training, this powerful class is designed to sculpt your muscles and build a strong core. This class will also give you more exercises to help build the strength needed for more advanced postures like headstand and handstand - even if those postures are a distant dream at this point.
