Limited Capacity filling up

Surya namaskar A/B or sun salutations are a sequence of postures that any vinyasa junkie will do over and over again. This means that you are at risk for repetitive stress to the wrists, shoulders, and low back. This class will teach the fundamentals of surya namaskar A and surya namaskar B and give you things to add to your toolbox that will support a healthy practice throughout a lifetime of coming to your mat. Expect to explore tadasana, chaturanga dandasana, how to properly transition the feet from chaturanga dandasana to upward facing dog, the alignment of the shoulders in relationship to the wrists in a healthy backhanding practice, and vira I. Do your body a favor and get your booty into this class!
