Many yoga poses require shoulder strength and mobility, and lots of practitioners come to the practice without it! It’s easy to acutely or chronically damage the shoulders in a yoga practice, and this class will blend practice and discussion to hep you build strong, stable shoulders, as well as learn to modify, strengthen, and rehabilitate existing shoulder damage.
