Slackro: AcroYoga Meets Slacklining

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

You mean AcroYoga on a Slackline!? Not exactly. We will be doing AcroYoga and Slacklining, individually to create an amazing practice. This workshop draws on the YogaSlackers expertise of yoga, slacklining and acrobatics. It is an in depth exploration moving toward redefining our perceived limits of what is possible on a slackline and on a person. The class will transition back and forth between acrobatics that mimics the movement of a slackline and slackline work to improve acrobatics. You will learn how to use each other and the line to experience a whole spectrum of asanas, including arm balances and inversions.

Come to experience an asana practice without touching the ground! Explore the limits of what is possible.

No experience necessary, but experience with some body awareness practice (climbing, vinyasa yoga, dance, etc) is recommended.
