Trail Mix: A Functional Fitness Hike

Our bodies are made to walk, run, climb, crawl, lift, carry, bend and twist. Work your muscles in new and unexpected ways on this fitness hike. Using single track trails, climbing over rocks and under fallen trees we will take advantage of natural obstacles and elements to elevate our workout. General fitness level required. Bring water bottle, good hiking shoes, no mat required. Notre corps est fait pour marcher, courir, grimper, ramper, soulever, transporter, plier et tourner. Faites travailler vos muscles d’une façon nouvelle et inattendue. Dans des sentiers étroits, en grimpant sur des rochers et en passant sous des arbres tombés, nous utiliserons les obstacles et les éléments naturels pour hausser l’intensité de notre entraînement. Une bonne forme physique est nécessaire. Apportez une bouteille d’eau et de bons souliers de randonnée. Tapis non requis.
