Take on a journey to discover yourself via total immersion with nature’s elements. Whether you are an expert yogi or a beginner, yoga on stand up paddle boards (SUP yoga) is for all levels. Marie-eve will guide you through a sequence of postures flowing with the rhythm of the waves, the wind, and your breath. This practice will allow you to quiet the mind and to live fully in the present moment. SUP yoga focuses on the stabilizer muscles, the abdominal area (your core), and on your concentration. When doing SUP yoga, you can’t take yourself too seriously. Fun and laughter are all part of this emerging sport. Simply surrender under the sun, basking between the sky and the sea. Imagine the intensity of a savasana while letting yourself move with the water beneath you and admiring the beautiful blue sky above. Go with the flow...adopt the pop spirit!
