Do you want to try Slacklining Yoga in a short and sweet way? We have created a 40 minute class to introduce the concepts of the Slackasana Series and give more students the opportunity to see what everyone is talking about.

Slackasana is a moving meditation that will redefine your sense of balance and mental focus. It involves balancing on a 1 inch wide 'yoga mat' (slackline). In this short and sweet Slackshop you’ll learn three basic concepts of Slackline Yoga. This includes standing (commitment), kneeling (core strength) and sitting (focus).

All skill levels are encouraged to come. Take a chance and explore moving your yoga off your mat and into a slackline.

No experience necessary.
