This is a class for runners that have the desire to challenge themselves. Interval training is a great way to improve your running pace and increase your heart rate. We will start with a smooth 2-3k warm up then head over to a flat course to HIIT some fast pace. Sweat included! Make sure to bring a friend with you to challenge each other!
